Tiles Harnesses
There are three different types of tile harnesses in each cabinet and they are NOT interchangeable. Thin Cables – Tile to Tile
- 5/16 Inch in diameter
- Sometimes have red cable sheathing at the ends (not pictured)
- Passes data only between two tiles Thick Cables – Tile to Tile
- 7/16 Inch in diameter
- Passes power and data between two tiles Cabinet to Tile Cables
- Blue tile connector on one side, Molex connector and red & black DC power wires on the other
- Connects tiles to the hub card inside the power supply box
- Must have coils installed on them inside the power supply box
