Replacing a Tile

1. Remove the access the panels.
2. Unscrew the cap and remove the plug.
3. Remove the 4 screws in the corners of the tile.
4. Carefully push the tile out, rotate it, and pull it back through sign face.
5. Reverse the process to put the new tile in, ensuring the arrow is pointing up.
6. Replace the 4 screws in the corners.
7. Reconnect the plug and screw the cap back on.
8. Confirm proper operation with the Formetco Service Line and then replace the access panel.

Replacing a Tile Harness

From tile to tile:

1. Remove the access panels for the cabinet.
2. Lift the tile covers of the two tiles and unplug the cable.
3. Replace the cable with an identical cable. ***WARNING*** Thick and thin cables are NOT interchangeable.
4. Pull the tile cover down to cover the connectors
5. Replace the access panels From power supply box to tile:

From power supply box to tile:

1. Remove the access panel for the cabinet.
2. Lift the tile cover and unplug the cable.
3. Open the power supply box.
4. Disconnect the incoming power in the bottom of the power supply box.
5. Disconnect the data and power cables of the harness to be changed.
6. Remove the strain relief and carefully pull the harness cables out of the power supply box.
7. Connect the new cable to the tile.
8. Remove the lock nut from the strain relief of the new harness and pass the data and power cables through the open holes.
9. Pass the cables through the lock nut and then tighten the strain reliefs.
10. Reconnect the data and power cables as they were connected before.
11. Reconnect the incoming power and lock the power supply box.
12. Replace the access panel.
